Submit Your Return
Click the button above to return your purchase within 30 days of your delivery date. After you've requested a return, kindly wait as we'll email you return instructions within 24 hours. All items must be in their original, tagged condition.
Drop Off Items
Mail back your item(s) with a carrier of your choice.(Please note,the return address will be provided to you after we approve your return via email). All return shipping costs will be covered by customer, unless it's due to a quality issue.
Get Your Refund
Refund will be issued within 7 days after we receive your item(s). Payapayas reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with the conditions of our return policy. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Return Shipping Fee
All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, uness it's due to a quality issue.

Conditions
The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.Swimwear, bodysuit, and lingerie returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for underwear, bras, shapewear due to hygiene concerns, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as bot being supported on the product page.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be granted once we've received and inspected the eligible return item. Due to high warehouse volume, please allow 3 to 5 days for retum processing
Refunds to your original payment method will be made within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you don't receive your refund 14 days after returning the product,please email us immediately at service@payapayas.com

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund once completed.
To check the status of your turn, you can visit the after- sales page for your order. We will also keep you updated on the refund progress via email. If you want to track the location of your return package, please contact your return package courier or return label provider.
Payapayas is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, refusal to confirm shipment and incorrect consignee information(such as order address, contact number, or consignee name). In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund.
Eligibility & Exceptions

Swimwear, bodysuit, underwear, and lingerie returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains intact.
We will inspect all returned products, and only items without damage caused by use, washing, improper care, self-repair modifications, or other human factors will be accepted. If you received a defective product due to a quality issue or logistics problem, please inform us when submitting your return request. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your return application.
Please note that the following condition are not considered quality defects:
*Loose threads, raw edges, variations in thickness or texture, and color differences caused by monitor display settings do not quality as quality issues.
*Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference are noe considered quality issues.
*Damages resulting from use, washing, improper care or maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not quality as quality dafects.
*Please refer to our sizing chart before making a purchase, as our service team can only provide recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects.
*Due to differences in design and style, slight variations may occur between items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements for accuracy.
If you order is partial return and refund, you may keep any accompanying free gifts. However, if you return the entire order for a refund, you must also return the free gifts along with the main items. Please note that any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition:unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
